I love Dr. Chinoy I think she is a wonderful Doctor! She makes me feel comfortable and always listens to me. However, the billing staff are really difficult to work with and have poor customer services skills additionally I have called for referrals as well as prescription refills and have had to call back because the refill wasn't requested and or had to deal with staff for referrals that were okay....just really do not know how to talk to people. That being said all of my complaints deal with rude staff over the phone. When I come into the office the staff are nice and polite and helpful...it's a lot harder to be rude to someone when you have to look them in the face.

Dr Chinoy has been my family Dr for many years. She is very professional in her abilities as a doctor. She takes time with me and listens instead of rushing me out the door. She's a delight as a person as well. I won't trust another Dr as I do her.
