Dr. Katalin Juhasz Pocsine, MD

Dr. Pocsine was rude and dismissive to my family and I from the very first visit. I was relieved to begin seeing her PA Michelle, who initially listened and caught a diagnosis that Dr. Pocsine had missed. Aside from my initial visit, neither provider made any attempt to take visit notes or perform physical exams. When I continued to decline, instead of investigating my symptoms further, this provider gaslighted me. I declined further and ended up with life-threatening complications from their negligence. In addition, their office staff is disorganized and it is impossible to get ahold of an actual person. Their office door and bathroom is not handicap accessible, despite the fact that they are treating patients with disabilities. As a patient and Registered Nurse, the care that I received at this office was unacceptable and I hope that other patients are not harmed by their negligence in the future. My sincere hope is that these providers learn to listen and… investigate, rather than dismiss and gaslight their patients. If you do not understand what is happening with a patient, either look further or refer them to someone who can. Patients deserve better care than this.

Referred by my Dr to see this Neurologist for headaches from a car accident. I never got past the front desk. I was lectured for 10 min about them not wanting do deal with car accidents and then about how I should be going/doing other treatments before seeing them. She wouldn't let me get a word in to even explain the months of treatments I'd already had and the fact that I had a REFERRAL from my Dr. to see them. I had to finally interrupt her to tell her I no longer want to make an appointment because of how difficult and rude she was being. She tried to backpedal but I was done! Maybe the actual Dr there is great but with staff like that, who even wants to find out.

Canâ??t say enough good things about Frontrange Neurology! The staff and Dr Pocsine have become part of our life line in the care of our mother. Mom had been diagnosed with Alzheimerâ??s disease, which our family had no clue how to help or manage momâ??s life health. Dr Pocsine has guided us with her amazing skills and expertise. At Frontrange they handled the testing, medications, sleep study, and check in appointments form day one. As a family we highly recommended Frontrange the staff and Dr Pocsine .

Medical team fails to practice responsibility and PA out of scope of practice. PA fails to be advocate for patients and is reckless in prescribing meds. MD does not see patients when challenges arise in their disease process. If my health dictated that I needed a neurology team i would steer clear of this office to promote best outcomes for my health. My suggestion is if you are already a patient be an advocate for yourself and do your homework if something does not seem right. This is not where i would trust my family's medical care
