In 2001, she completed her general dentistry residency at Maimonides Medical Center in NY, where she was introduced to advanced dental surgery and implantology. She continued her implant education at The New York School of Dental Medicine and matriculated in 2003, enabling her to place and restore dental implants. In 2004, Cohen Dental was founded. Dr. Katarina Cohen is a member of The American Dental Association, The New Jersey Dental Society and an active member of The Forum for Advanced Dental Studies in Monmouth County. In addition, she is a certified Invisalign provider.
Dr. Cohen is proud to be part of Pankey University, which is considered to be the most honored postgraduate university in the world. In 2010, she finished the Pankey continuum, which focused on advanced dental restoration and occlusion. She is also part of the Pankey advanced study club.
