I've been to a number of doctors and they could never figure out what was causing my problems... Dr Lops Did! She actually listens to you!

Would not recommend her to anyone! Long waiting times not nice comments makes you feel she's superior and better than you I had to find another Doctor

I was sad to see Mrs Stephens go she was fantastic and I thought I would finally have a doctor getting to know me.being getting to know my history And get a good relationship and be able to relax a bit and trust them with my vary life.i thought I had this with Stephens. So was a shock when I found out I have a new provider. I thought I'll give the new lady a shot. At first how she responded to my need of haveing a couple things checked out she said she wanted to focus on the one thing I came in for I didn't know from that point if she was what I needed. But it's what she did after that told me this lady cares about me and my health! I had a pharmacist tell me to contact my doc to see if taking a certain med was ok as this drug is know to be less effective with plavix. I called the nurse expecting her to answer the question they did more than that the ANRP personally called me to answer my question and told me she was working on my referral for a lung doc. That in itself changed my… mind I found someone as caring as Mrs Stephens with a little more pep in her personality. I also understand this was her 1 St day on the job and she had big shoes to fill but I know can say by doing what she did taking that extra step she imediately made me confortable with her.and I am so happy About that. The staff emily Victoria Doc lops Britney fantastic job ladies thank you for personally caring about me as an individual! You all rock.

This doctor and her office is a scam. They make unneeded appt one after another so they can collect more money, which the office doesnt even know how to work insurance because they either over charge and wont refund you or under charge then try to collect the huge difference all at once all while refusing treatment if you can't even though it was their fault. I was on anti depressants for months all without a refill having to go back everytime and make a appt just to get a refill. After the 10th unnecessary appt I had a family emergency and couldn't attend they refused to refill my anti depressants and I had to go off them cold Turkey which is not healthy at all. She let's the office workers who are not qualified make decisions on medications and refills. The doctor doesnt Care about you she just wants the money. Very poor excuse for a doctor and office.

I have gone to Dr. Lops for the past 7 years and have been extremely pleased and happy with my visit. She is very caring and takes plenty of her time to listen. Also, I appreciate her bedside manners.

Dr. Lops is expanding to add a PA-C growing her Practice and hiring new and very personable and professional employees. What a difference. They are all so kind and pleasant to deal with and are always ready to assist in anything I need. Thank you Dr. Lops and company

I have been going to Dr Lops for years. A couple of times in the past I have waited for 45+ minutes but she has also talked to me for as long as I needed so I don't mind the wait. She is patient, asks questions, offers suggestions and doesn't judge or get angry when I don't always follow her advice. If she gets impatient with me she doesnt show it and I appreciate that. She's open to alternate ways of doing things instead of just prescribing pills. I like and admire her very much.

Staff is excellent, courteous, and efficient. Doctor is rude, judgmental, not interested in listening to the patient. Will not go back.

Dr Lops seemed ok at first. However, when different issues popped up resulting in 3 visits in as many weeks, she began treating me as a nuisance (staph infection, pre-scheduled PAP, lump found under arm). She later refused to refill my anti-depressant medication, forcing me to quit cold turkey after 2 years. After four days of terrible withdrawal symptoms, I am finding a new doctor.

I feel issues you mention are written off as not urgent until you forcefully. The results aren't given in a timely manner therefore I have to call all the time to get them. When I give them time its been almost a month only to find out the doc never reviewed my eco & the report wasn't complete. They never call back until you get stone cold on the voicemail or call the appointment line to ask for results
