Dr. Ross is an excellent Dermatologist. She mises nothing when she does an examination.

Am a bit upset that the office will not allow me to change my appt. after a death in the family caused me to miss my original. Was told by one receptionist that the 75$ deposit will apply to the changed appt. time when I make the new appt. Called to set up the new one, and they are saying it will not, that the money is charged for cancellation, and Id have to pay again. Out $75 and didn't even see anyone. Understand they can't refund it, but at least have it carry over to the new appt. time so you can make more money off me by actually having the procedure.

Her office is well managed by friendly & knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ross was on time, very nice & professional. She was able to talk to me about a scaley skin due to sun damage on both of my arms. She recommended a treatment that really helps! She does a “real” full body exam, meaning from the top of your head to between your toes & I do mean everything in between. This is what we former sun worshipers & Floridians need yearly.

Dr ross is the best of the best and her staff is amazing as well. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Kristen helped me with insurance questions. The whole visit was great efficient and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Ross is very patient and positive. She has a very light touch administering injections. She and her staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Ross
