Dr. Katharine Robinson Cooper, MD

I had a terrible experience with the staff. The front desk & the nurse were both very rude to me. They will not call you back, I was treated terribly by their office! I really like Dr.Cooper, it’s a shame she doesn’t have better staff.

Dr.Cooper is absolutely the nicest person. She makes you feel immediately at ease and comfortable. Her staff is always kind and understanding too.

I've been going to Dr. Cooper for 14 yrs now. She as always spent time with me to make sure I was taken care of.

Dr. Cooper has cared for me, my mother and my daughter for years. She has operated on two of us and has always treated us as she would her own family. She listens, she cares and we trust her with our lives...she is wonderful.

Although Dr. Cooper seems like an efficient physician, she almost killed my mother with a careless mistake. Once the mistake was caught, she sent my mother to another hospital so she could go on vacation. She sent her to a hospital out of her insurance network, after we asked to make sure we would be in-network. Then, she had her sent to the wrong floor, and only sent half of her records. This lead to tests having to be redone at the new facility, and her insurance would not cover them. In short, a very simple out-patient procedure ended up putting my mother in the hospital for over a week and incur 12,000 in unnecessary medical expenses. I would not suggest using Dr. Cooper for anything other than a pap-smear.
