Dr. Kathie K Boyd, DO

The best experience I've had in many years. Dr. Boyd and her staff are wonderful and so caring. I was a little skeptical at first cause my past experiences with other doctors and staff members. You won't be disappointed with her. She take the time to explain everything you want to know without rushing. I was blown away to still see and experience such wonderful professional manners in this day and times we live in. Ladies, you won't regret it. Thank you Dr. Boyd and staff.

Poor communication, Dr. Boyd does not check to see what her office staff is doing to her patients! They are rude and insensitive! Go somewhere else. They also run unnecessary test. Especially if you have good insurance.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk office staff . I questioned my bill and had the lady get so upset and argumentative over a question. I had labs taken that were very important to me. I never got my results. I called daily for months and never had my phone calls returned. Not one. I was told i would receive one of their famous postcards indicating everything was ok . I Ofcourse, never received one just like I never received one for my annual visit. I am not sure if Dr Boyd is aware of how incompetent her staff is but she has to be held responsible for what happens in her office. I had referred 2 friends to Dr Boyd and they both also left because of similar issues.

Dr. Boyd originally did my mother's hysterectomy and from that I witnessed her giving my mother amazing care. She has been my GYN for the last 12 years and I really appreciate all that she does. She has always been very Hands-On in my care and yes she does run test but I would rather her run the test and make sure everything is all good versus the opposite. I am so heartbroken I just found out that my insurance no longer has her in my provider Network. With her I've been a part of my own care and not just a spectator.

She was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke to my spouse and I in the most condescending manner. She spewed out "possibilities" for my condition and never gave me a proper diagnosis. She was combative the 10 minutes or so while in the room and never came back in to finalize the visit. She put in her recommendation, drew up a prescription and left before my nurse brought in my printouts.The only thing she did was ask questions, she never physically touched me to even see the cause of my condition. She acted as if she was being bothered. I guess that's because she was called in to the hospital on the weekend. I don't trust her judgement due to her appalling behavior so I didn't purchase the prescription she wrote. I was discharged in the same physical condition as I arrived but left more confused than when I walked in. I have sought out another opinion.

Best GYN doctor I've met, will tell the world

I have scheduled 2 appointments in the last year w/Dr. Boyd. The first one I left without being seen as I had a 9:00 am appointment and was still waiting at 9:45 am. The second appointment was today. I again had a 9:00 am appointment and was told at 9:25am the nurse practitioner was "stuck in traffic." Obviously she had not intended to be there for the 9:00 o'clock. The ladies up front are very nice as is a girl that takes medical information but I shall not be returning.

BECAUSE OF HER NEGLIGENCE MY KIDDO SUFFERED A BRAIN INJURY AT BIRTH. NOW HAS CEREBRAL PALSY

She is a GREAT OB she delivered my baby and did my moms historectomy my mom barely even has a scar and her recovery time was really fast and RIGHT after I had my daughter I was up and walkin around just fine like nothing happened!

she's a good dr she delivered my baby nice caring she's the only dr I can trust (:
