Dr. Katherine Chamberlaine Clark, MD

I want to be very upfront that the other reviews made me nervous about starting to work with Dr. Clark but my experience has been the complete opposite of other reviewers. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and logical. She explains every decision and is open to feedback or concerns. I've never reviewed a doctor but I thought it was important to bring another perspective

It's usually easy enough to quickly identify when you, as a patient, have met a practitioner who will not listen deeply, and treat you with respect. You'd obviously avoid such situations, right? You'd keep looking. Dr. Clark has cleverly mastered the bright-eyed, plucky demeanor of a caring doc. Several visits in, however, you'll learn that she is firm in her belief that she knows more about your body, history, and safety, than you do. She refused to believe that I was allergic to the med combo she put me on. By the time I started feeling gas lit, sitting in the E.R., my psychologist connected with her, then called me and said, "Run! She's a control freak!" Grateful for the help I received in understanding her behavior. I could see her being dangerous to other people she's mis-medicating and situations she's manipulating. Always have your doctors talk to one another!!!

This physician refused to fill a critically necessary medication when asked to do so, depriving a patient the right to fair care, and shaming her profession. In her fury and need to have the last word, she called out trusted pharmacist w/ 15 years on the job, called, and tore into our long-time and trusted pharmacistd. This is not cool, it is not ethical for one professional to, on a tear, go after another medical professional, much less a professional action tot take, just because you disagreed w/ the pharmacist's knowledge on the regulations governing a certain med. How does she think that could possibly be of service to herself, her profession, her livelihood, or the patient to behave in this manner.
