Only met briefly with Dr Hoda but she was friendly, seemed caring and above all highly competent. She explained things well if a bit rushed, Dan (nurse) and Heather (MA) were really great! Dan is a terrific communicator, very friendly and nice and put me at ease. Nick also (anesthesiologist) was also great. Crystal (intake) was above and beyond. Really listened to me about the issues I had with the on-call Dr and was so kind and empathetic!

Very pleasant and enthusiastic. However I felt rushed and I had hoped to find a non-pharmaceutical remedy rather than being encouraged to take a medication I cannot afford. I would have been open to lifestyle changes and food choices that could help with my issues. I had a list of questions but there was no time to ask the provider face to face. Although my records were to be sent I spent valuable time relating events that were in my records including imaging. I’m still unsure if they were delivered or read. I understand providers are extremely busy but a first office visit should have been booked to include extra time. My gastro history is complicated and I needed some answers and daily advice to manage my issue.

It was a great experience and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. All of the nurses were very nice and explained things well. Asked if I had any questions. I arrived a little early, got helped right away and within 10 minutes was heading back for my procedure. I was thoroughly impressed!
