I have not come across any other caring doctor like Dr. Katherine. She is very gentle, intelligent and a great listener. She examined me and also listened to my emotional problems that I shared with her and suggested ways out to help me. She was very patient with me and made me feel at home. I am very impressed by the way she cared for and treated me. However, she left the Smithtown office and no longer works there. Dr. Hsu, if you ever read this, just wanted to say a big thank you for being such an awesome human being. May God bless you for the wonderful work of serving and curing people that you are carrying out.

My family used to see dr. Hsu in her hauppauge office but her company closed it and moved her all around long island to their other practices. She is truly an amazing person and cares about people. Please contact us when you find a better practice that will treat you the way you deserve. We are always dedicated to you because you are one of the rare doctors that genuinely care. We will not go back to the corporation that you worked for because they do not understand or care about taking care of people. I would always trust my family and children in your care.

I was seen by Dr. Hsu for the first time today and was very pleased. She was very knowledgeable about a condition that I have that many other doctors aren't very familiar with - in fact, she mentioned that she specialized in it. I was happy to hear it as the condition calls for me to use Prednisone, a medication that I have been on for over 15 years. It is just my luck that she was recommended to me, as my long term internist is retiring.
