Dr. Katherine Webber Jones, MD

While not seen by Dr Jones, she owns the practice . I was seen by PA Trimble. This review is based on the rude nature of the front office staff. You are treated like a number, very impersonal. I requested a call from my provider regarding prescription /medical questions. They insisted their providers do not call anyone back. They are more interested in generating another office visit and bill insurance. I would not normally write a poor review, but this has happened 3 times now in 6 months. Stay away.

My wonderful Dr. Witters retired, so in search of a new family doctor I saw Michael Trimble. The staff is nice and cordial, at first I was impressed with the in depth testing, but I never received a call back to discuss abnormal lab results, I had to call them. I agree with other comments, they lack communication. Every time I called, I had to call them back because they forgot or were too busy to call me back. I won't be going back to them. Didn't feel they care for patients.

Dr. Jones listens to your complaint and does not hurry through her appointments. She truly cares about her patients and I have only had good experiences with her. Her staff is pleasant to deal with. I plan my annual appointments ahead so that I can see the doctor, and call about 3 weeks ahead. I've not had any problem getting in to see her. I have had one problem getting a prescription refilled, but think that the office staff may have dropped the ball. Giving them the benefit of the doubt as a one-time error and not the norm. I really like this doctor, and will continue to see her. She was out of network with my insurance for one year and I continued to see her anyway at a cost of only $15.00 more than my copay ... she's worth it.

Dr Jones has been my husband's PCP for several years now. The last couple of years he has not seen Dr. Jones but one of the nurse practitioner which is fine. The problem with Dr. Jones office is when you need a prescription refill and you do not have to go back for a dr visit, they tell you "we will call it in" But you have to call several times and I am talking 3 -4 days before finally get the prescription called in. Yesterday topped the cake, husband went in at 9:30 AM, saw nurse practitioner, diagnosed, was told prescriptions would be called in. At 5:00 PM went to pick up prescription, NO prescriptions. Husband is still terribly sick; he had to get back out in horrible rain, go back to the office to ask about prescriptions; no apology or anything just "we will call it in". Went to pharmacy when they opened, NO prescription had been called in. The pharmacy had to call the doctor office to get prescription. This is just not acceptable when patient is in need of… prescription. Not sure where the fault lies but the issue definitely needs to be addressed in this office.

Dr. Jones and her staff are all amazing!! They are kind and compassionate. If you are searching for a new medical doctor I would highly recommend her.

Dre Katherine Cabrejo-Jones Lorsqu'on fait des recherches sur Internet sur une intervention chirurgicale aux chevilles, tout particulièrement l'astragale, les orthopédistes ne se bousculent pas pour intervenir et sont même très frileux. Une poignée semble avoir la confiance de s'aventurer dans ce combat qui peut laisser des conséquences irréversibles. Après plusieurs rencontres de différent médecin qui déconseillaient cette intervention, j'ai eu l'occasion d'être dirigé vers une orthopédiste du nom de Dre Katherine Cabrejo-Jones qui n'était pas du tout ébranlé par le fait de faire une intervention chirurgicale à l'astragale. Lors d'une évaluation à son établissement de soins privé, elle a immédiatement fait sentir le tout comme une marche au parc, rien de dramatique. Devant une telle assurance, je me savais entre bonnes mains. Après l'intervention chirurgicale (anesthésie locale), en salle de réveil elle est passée m'expliquer avec photo à l'appui, l’avant et après de son… intervention. Parmi toutes les personnes en salle de réveil, j'ai observé avoir été le seul à recevoir la visite de mon chirurgien. Les employés travaillants à l'Hôpital Charles-Lemoyne mentionnaient, que s'ils se retrouveraient en situation d'une fracture leur plus grand désir serait d'avoir le Dre Jones en tant que chirurgienne. A handful seems to have the confidence to venture into this fight that can leave irreversible consequences. After several meetings of different doctors who advised against this intervention, I had the opportunity to be directed to an orthopedist by the name of Dr. Katherine Cabrejo-Jones who was not at all shaken by the fact of making surgery at astragalus. During an assessment at her private health care facility, she immediately made it feel like walking in the park, nothing tragic. In front of such an assurance, I knew myself in good hands. After the surgery (local anesthesia), in the recovery room she came to explain to me with photo in support, the before and after of her intervention. Among all the people in the recovery room, I observed to have been the only one to receive the visit of my surgeon. Employees working at the Charles Lemoyne Hospital mentioned that if they found themselves in a fractured situation their greatest desire would be to have Dr. Jones as a surgeon.

Dr Jones cares for her patients. And she makes you feel like her family. She has saved me more than once and I would highly recommend her to any one seeking a new Dr.

Been with the practice for 15 years. Christina Savage i usually see, but have had Jade Morelas. Both act like i am their only patient of the day, and sit down to carefully listen to my needs. A growing practice...

Never rushed, always listening, Dr. Katherine Jones has put my mind at ease. She treats the whole person and never rushes to prescribe Rx. Staff is great, too.

I have had Dr. Jones as my PCP for over 15 years. She has always been professional, compassionate, and patient with me. She listens and really wants what is best for you and what works.
