I had a great experience with eyelid surgery- had trouble due to sagging lids when trying to read. She’s wonderful..as is her surgical and office staff ..

I believe Dr. Lane has a great reputation and I don't have an issue with the quality of her care. I had an appointment recently and waited an hour. Staff came in and out of the waiting room, but there were no updates that Dr. Lane was running late. Staff, would you please keep patients updated on the status of their appointment? If I knew I had to wait so long, I would have rescheduled. When I originally went to the exam room, I was told that it shouldn't be long before Dr. Lane got there. When Dr. Lane finally came in, after being an hour late, there was no apology and no acknowledgement of the time I spent waiting. I know things happen and I'm a very patient person, but by the time I finally saw her, I was frustrated, angry and felt taken advantage of. A few minor changes in procedure and protocol would have made all the difference.

Dr Lane did the most amazing cosmetic procedure!! She gave me a mini lip lift with 4 shots of restylane (2 at the top and 2 at the bottom). I am not going to lie-- it hurt. But it was WORTH IT. My cupid's bow is more defined and my lower lip is slightly fuller. The result is subtle, completely natural and makes me feel amazing when I look into the mirror. Thanks Dr Lane!

I received dysport and it was not effective , I went back and told it was a lower dose I received its the most I ever paid and yet it didn't work .. I am dissapointed ..

Dr. Lane has a great bedside manner and communication skills. Was very good at explaining eyelid surgery process and at putting me at ease. Everyone in her office was friendly, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This physician was forthright in explanations yet friendly and informal. She took great pains to explain procedures and what she was doing in her assessment. She had excellent communication skills.

Eye lid surgery to remove excess lid to improve field of vision. I had the surgery in the office. The experience was excellent. The results are excellent and I look a lot better.
