Dr. Katherine Sue Lin, MD

Doctor Lin is knowledgeable and positive. She will listen to any questions you have and will take her time. She puts all of her patients first. I have seen many OBGYNs over the years, but nobody compares to Dr.Lin. I cannot recommend her enough! The office has low wait times and not much traffic. The Receptionists are always friendly as well.

I had an appointment with Dr. Lin (who I have seen once a year for the last ten years for my annual exams). I was told that she was running late as she was delivering a baby and if I wanted to reschedule I could. I had no other plans, and a new baby is wonderful, so I said I don't mind waiting. When I was called back, I had put on the paper robe and was sitting there when Dr. Lin came in. She immediately went to wash up in the sink, and when I said "I hear you were bringing a new baby into this world." She replied "Yes I did". I then asked if the baby was a girl or a boy and looking at the back of her I could see her freeze. She then spun around and practically spit out her words at me saying "We don't KNOW what the child will CHOOSE to be, but per YOUR LABEL it was a boy!". I left that office knowing I would never return. There were so many come backs I could have used, but I chose to remain silent. If this is the way she feels, then it is her absolute right and privilege to do so,… but she should have remained professional and in my opinion she did not. I left feeling awkward and teary eyed as if I had done something wrong.

I used to love Dr. Lin. She delivered my first 2 children and was great. Upon my 3rd pregnancy, I knew something was wrong and that it wasn’t a normal pregnancy. I BEGGED Dr. Lin to do something about it but she just kept ordering bloodwork every other day to check my levels. After almost 2 weeks of bloodwork I knew I was having an ectopic pregnancy and again BEGGED Dr. Lin to do something about it. She continued to just order blood work checking my levels until the day my ectopic pregnancy RUPTURED causing me EXCRUCIATING PAIN. Going through such a traumatic loss also gave me extreme depression and left me practically bed bound for 2 weeks because I had gotten so weak from all of the blood loss. Every case is different but when a patient is telling you something is wrong...LISTEN TO THEM!!!! I NEVER should have gone through what I had to go through had she just listened to me!!

In 2002 I was pregnant and going to the combined health clinic. Often I had concerns and problems- excessive vomiting, weight loss, spotting, migraines, dehydration, and pain in my ribs. It was towards the end of my pregnancy that I finally met Dr.Lin. She actually listened and ordered some tests. My baby was up high and breeched. Causing alot of my pain. She was also wrapped in the chord and constricted. Dr. Lin ordered a c section asap. Thankful to her and her compassion.

Dr. Lin is a very caring individual toward staff and patients with the upmost professional manner.

I would definitly recommend Dr.Lin to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and has an awesome bedside manner.
