Dr. Katherine Manasson

Visiting Dr. Katherine Manasson must I say was one of the worst encounters with a healthcare professional I've ever had. From the start it was evident that she lacked empathy and displayed a complete disregard for my well-being. During the appointment Dr. Manasson immediately focused on my weight, bluntly informing me that I was overweight please keep in mind I am twenty-one years old I weigh 165Lb 5 foot and 6 inches and most of my body mass is muscle. I told her that weight was not a worry because I exercise 4-5 times a week and eat a low carb high protein diet. After sharing this information with her she told me I needed to consume a measly 1200 calories a day. When I tried to explain that such a restrictive diet would be dangerous for me due to my past struggle with anorexia, she callously dismissed my concerns, pushed her opinion on me. To make matters worse, she arrogantly claimed that there was no other way lose weight disregarding my assertions that my weight wasn't a problem.

I visited Dr. Manasson office las week for early physical exam. I got very good impression after the visit. All doctor's recommendations and explanations sound very professional and detailed. Speaking Russian (it's my native language) was also very helpful for me. Thank you doctor for attention and patience!

Dr. Katherine Manasson did a great job with my health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. This Doctor is awful. Not helpful, rude, interrupts you any chance she gets, dismissive of my concerns, barely explains her diagnoses, takes forever to get into the examination room, extremely unreliable when waiting for test results, and on top of that she has to audacity to rush you out of the room as fast as she possibly can. Every single time I left the appointment infuriated. Don’t waste your time here.

Terrible Doctor. She looks nothing like the picture posted. She is old and not interested in making patients better. My personal experience with her was terrible. I do not trust that she is current on how to treat patients, she does not listen to patients, and should not be seeing patients any longer.

Dr. Manasson is an experienced and very attentive physician. For me, her advice, in certain situations, has been of critical, really life saving, importance. She is accessible and willing to spend as much time with a patient as it is necessary to address the health problems in their entirety. No shortcuts there.

I always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Katherine Manasson and her office medical assistant. Dr. Katherine and her staff are patient and kind to me. They manage my appointment time in the best and the most efficient way. Dr. Katherine takes the time to thoroughly examine me, explain her observations, answer all my questions and come up with the best professional action plan. I have the highest praise to Xochtl (Dr. staff member). She is extremely helpful with insurance, referral letters and scheduling issues. I feel that everyone in this office has a great personality and compassion. They are so kind not only to myself but I witness others that were treated so nicely also. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the professional care I have received and I would highly recommend Dr. Katherine and her staff to anybody.

Rude. Abrupt. No bedside manner. Almost confrontational. Uses cheap equipment such as a blood pressure monitor that you can pick up at CVS or Walmart. Office girl was belligerent, untruthful, with no social skills whatsoever. Overall hostile environment. Why would anyone go there?

After having a very unsatisfactory experience with my former PCP I decided to try Dr. M. I generally think internal medicine docs are more thorough and found this to be true. My 1st visit was to talk about my immediate issues. She asked lots of questions and gave me a new method of treatment as well as referring me to a specialist. 2nd time was for physical-very good. The only negative is her (only) office staff. I caught her in a lie and she tried to cover it up. For that reason I gave 4 stars. I can deal with office woman and if it becomes an issue will talk to Dr. About it. I think Dr. M's demeanor is a ethnic thing and I can deal with that!

Dr. Manasson takes a considerable time with me and always has an answer. She makes sure you understand what is the problem and how to work with it. She is very detailed and always makes sure she refers you to a specialist when indeed you need it.
