Dr. Kathi Schmeckpeper Mccree, MD

Dr. Kathi McCree is an excellent Doctor! I have been a member of MDVIP for 1 year with Dr. McCree as my primary physician. I originally met her as a Gulf Coast Medical Doctor and was very impressed with her attentiveness, thorough examination and overall friendliness (bedside manner). When she left that medical group and joined MDVIP I tracked her down and became a member just to have her as my doctor. Luckily, I do not need to have doctor visits very often, but I am relieved to know she is there when I need her.

No manners, no courtesy I really not recommend this dr

My husband was a New Patient, Yes it took a little while before we got to see Dr. McCree, but I have to say when we got to see her, She spoke to my husband after all he was the patient, and she was very compassionate and right on target about what he was dealing with. I would recommend this Physician ver highly!!

This doctor came so highly recommended not to mention she is the assistant medical director for the gulf coast medical group. My first visit I came 30 minutes early because I knew I had new patient paper work to fill out I was suppose to be the first patient called after lunch don't know what happened but an hour later I was still sitting there waiting to be called after stating if I wasn't called in the next 10 minutes that I was leaving they then called me with in those 10 minutes took my weight and my vitals and I told them my reason for my visit after taking my vitals I was told the doctor would be there in a few minutes well that turned into 45 minutes before I was called in I looked at the pictures that they have posted of all the doctors to see what my doctor look like because this was my first visit with her after waiting for a while a lady walked in my room looked like she had stuck her hand in a socket I asked her was she Dr McCrae she stated yes because she looked nothing… like the picture she had of her self on the wall so I thought she was joking about who she was and I just stated your joking right and she seem to have taken offense to the statement so then as I was addressing the reason for my visit I wrote it down to make sure I did not forger anything Dr McCrae looked over what I had put in writing she asked me a few questions then she got up and walked out of the room because she did not say bye or anything I thought she was coming back a few minutes later a nurse assistant while sitting in the nurse station yelled out to me that I was free to go I'm thinking I was not finished with my doctor and I did not know that she was finished with me because that was very rude of her to walk off with out say it was nice to meet you or something talk about unprofessional a month later she had not even as much did a prescription refill or anything I made a complaint on her and it seemed no one even her supervisor wanted to step on her toes they were still trying to assure me that this was a very good physician well I was not sold on that a month later she had not addressed any of the issues I came to see her for talk about one of the worst doctors I've ever had then 2 months later Dr McCrae had the odasity to have her assistant call me and ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment to see her and stating for What!!! she never addressed any of the issues I came to see her for 2 months ago and then she have the nerves to think I'm coming back

This was first time visit w/Dr. McCree. Very nice facilities. I was given paperwork to fill out but before I could finish I was ushered into an examination room. The nurse asked a few questions and about 5 minutes later I saw a doctor. I had xrays taken in the same building, same floor and came back for the results. Dr. McCree went over everything including xrays thoroughly. I spent a little over an hour total and was on my way home. I was provided excellent service by staff and doctor. I highly recommend Dr. McCree!

This is one of the best physicians around. She is very caring, always takes as much time as I need, is an excellent diagnostician and has an excellent memory to the point of remembering doesn't your sister have such and such? Even though she has never met my sister. She recomends the best specialist around when she needs to refer you on. The only drawbacks are getting appointments and seeing her on time (I believe because she is such a good physician and so probably has too many patients!)

LOVE Dr. McCree. Hate the TGCMG. Dr. McCree should think about going private. I'd pay more. However, she IS very much worth the wait - if you can wait. If you can't wait, then you won't see her. Once you get in, she is very thorough, very compassionate, wonderful for the whole family.
