Dr. Kathleen Ann Gerace

I was excited to find Dr. Gerace as PCP because she specialized in hormones & weight loss. I filled out everything online incld all prescriptions. During visit gal came in saying Dr. wouldn't see me & I asked why. She replied she had pulled my prescription record & I was prescribed Butalbital/Acetaminophen. I explained I was given that because of 1st time tension headaches (pandemic!) & didn't need anymore. The woman was beyond rude shaking paper in her hands, there's a whole list here! I said, like what? (I also had a muscle relaxer prescribed & Xanax over 2yrs ago that I don't take anymore.) She said, bottom line, Dr. won't see you today & she will not accept you as new patient! I need to escort you out. I got up & followed her, she actually took me to a side door. I had to walk around the building to my car. I've never been treated so rudely & disrespectfully by someone in the medical profession. As if I was some drug addict! So glad I didn't see her if she refuses patients because… of medications, what a waste of time.

I went in for initial visit..office staff were telling at each other. Took 10 minutes for them to stop and talk to me then when I asked a billing question as I was charged more than my co pay amount they refused to talk to me about it and told.me maybe I should take me business elsewhere..whick I will definitely do

tried calling to reschedule an appointment and the operator was rude yelled at me then hung up when I tried to defend myself

had been a patient with dr gerace for over 5 years she is a great dr and helped me through alot of difficult times. however was recently dropped from her care due to a dispute regarding a billing question without being informed. front office staff was disrespectful and refused to resolve concern. unfortunately the office practice did not seek any resolution and shows no care or concern for long standing client

Dr. Gerace and her staff have always been courteous and professional. AllCare is a walk in Facility, which means I have access to my Doctor six days a week, without making an appointment. There is also labs and x-ray on site. My Cardiologist also works out of this office. I would highly recommend Dr. Gerace ad AllCare.

Horrible!!

I was a patient and had to leave for several reasons; You only see her during the annual physical, other times you see a PA. There is a lot of turnover with the PA's. In many years I've only seen 1 male PA. They will only treat one issue per visit. They occasionally practice prescription extortion, refusing refills without visits for routine medications. They have a walk-in clinic, so you always wait 30-60 minutes with an appointment. Over the years, I noticed that policies change back and forth, so service was inconsistent.

Dr. Gerace is nice, friendly and caring. However, you are as good as your front office staff, and I have never in the 10 years I have been a patient been treated kindly, respectfully or caring by her staff in the front. When I call they are curt and present an attitude of not caring. They do not relay messages and are on the verge of harrassment for tests in which I do not deem necesssary. When I did call to say I am moving to another doctor due to disatisfaction, they simply said Okay and then hung up. There was no exit interview or even any interest in me. This office used to be great and now it is nothing more than a medical mill. So sad. Dr. Gerace, please fire your front staff, get rid of the glass windows in which a patient can't even talk to the nurse at the desk, get new waiting room chairs and make this more about the patient and less about trying to collect money. Furthermore, I do not knwo how many times I was billed for the difference between the negotiated… charge and what they wanted to charge. Obviously your billing is not paying attention.

I have been going to Dr. Gerace for years; she is direct; but caring. She has a great staff as well.

Save your self the frustration. She is rude and brash. After the appointment, you will constantly revive follow up calls for you to come back. They are hustlers.
