I am in complete disbelief! I got a phone call today from the front desk lady at this office which first off horrible customer service she told me that she is going to need to cancel my appointment because I told her I was on medical which I did not (I asked her does the office accept medi-cal) | told her I would be cash paying when I made the appointment. Anyways she called me to tell me that DR Bradley won't accept me as a patient because I'm on medi-cal I said what are you talking about I'm not on medi-cal l'm a cash paying customer. She was like oh well then I misunderstood ! She said well Dr, Bradley is going out of state anyways so we were going to need to cancel your appointment. I said why are you lying now u told me you needed to cancel my appointment because you thought l was on medi-cal l asked her for her name and told her I was going to post this on social media she hung up on me. But also on the website it states she does accept la care so I'll be reporting her anyways… for this

Dr. Bradley treats her patients with an incredible level of personalized care and compassion. After my first pregnancy ended in loss, Dr. Bradley cared for me through two subsequent healthy pregnancies. You would expect that by the end of our journey together, she might have forgotten my history, but I can sincerely say that each appointment I had with her was personalized to my unique story, whether that mean acknowledging our fears, recalling facts from family history or earlier pregnancies. She is very thorough in her appointments, takes time to answer any questions and shows a genuine passion for what she does. And Priscilla is a delight as well. I couldn't recommend the practice more highly.

Dr. Bradley and her staff have been professional, kind, and caring at each of my visits. Dr. Bradley takes the time to be thorough with the ultrasound and explains what we are looking at. My husband and I always look forward to our visits with Dr. Bradley!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley's my whole pregnancy and I can honestly say shes is the best out there in this field. She takes her time to thoroughly examine and answer all of her patients questions and I truly felt like a valued patient. I can honestly say, I was lucky enough to receive the best possible perinatal medical care out there and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend her to everyone. The Office Staff, Wrike was always super friendly and attentive which makes the waiting feel like it's nothing. Thank you for treating us super special and we can't wait to share our baby pictures with you!

Taking very long time to process the refund amount. They had collected entire amount upfront from me and they are taking long time to refund amount even after insurance company paid directly to them.

Dr. Bradley was very knowledgable and helped us through a diagnosis of a fatal OI condition as well as through another successful pregnancy. She is very dedicated to her patients and is pleasant to work with. We would recommend her highly for any sort of prenatal care and evaluation.

Dr. Bradley is truly an outstanding perinatal Dr. and an expert in her field. I would not have my wife go to anyone else. Her care and advice is exceptional.

So here I am writing this review out of complete frustration, I wont say anything negative about Dr Bradley as a doctor but I would not refer to her as someone who is reliable or respectful of her patients time. She has been late for all of my appointments, It doesnt matter what time of day you schedule your appointment, she could really care less how long you sit and wait for her. I find this not only rude and inconsiderate but also a bit pretentious on her part. I have had all of my appointments pushed back to a later time and still had to wait close to an hour. Rashonda the receptionist is wonderful, always sweet and apologetic and I imagine takes most of the misdirected anger from patients, myself included. Tyra the billing clerk is thorough with insurance related matters and has been helful with minor problems with my insurance. The staff appears more concerned with the promptness or lack there of in the office, I will not return to see Dr Bradley for any future visits as my time… has a lot more value than she is willing to accomodate.

This is my wife's 2nd pregnancy and I can honestly and easily say that Dr. Bradley is fantastic. She answers all of our questions and is very thorough. We want to thank Dr. Bradley for her knowledge and bedside manner

We love Dr. Bradley. We have gone to her for both of our two boys and she provided great care and insight.
