Dr. Kathleen Chak, DO

Dr. Kathleen Chak is an internal medicine physician who completed her medical education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She furthered her training with a residency at the University of California, Riverside, followed by specialized fellowship training in geriatrics at Stanford University.
