Dr. Kathleen Hummel Eberle, MD

I waited more than 1 hour to be attended. Patients who came after me werw attended first. After 45 minutes waiting, they told me 10 more minutes but they didn'tcall me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jessica Hanson and Dr. Kathleen Eberle for a while and it was great until this year. I last seen Dr. Hanson Feb 3 which ended with me at quest diagnostics for add. testing. Waited a month w/no results so I called. After no answer I left a voicemail. Past 2 months I have left 2 or 3 more vm’s, never any answer, with no call back. Last vm left with was again for the lab results and my family dr. told me to speak with her about a new issue because she may want to do additional tests. I starting thinking something happened with the office, but then in response they sent the lab results in the mail, 3 pgs of meaningless numbers. Basically figure it out yourself. This seemed odd so I called Dr. Eberle’s office last week trying to speak with at least one of them.. yet still waiting for that call back.

I saw Dr. Kathleen Eberly a couple of months ago for memory issues ,. She referred me to a doctor that was not in my insurance network. I called the office (spoke to a live person, not a recording where someone calls you back) to refer me to a doctor that was in my network. I have yet to hear back from her office. I would not recommend her. If Eberly genuinely cared she would (In my opinion) have followed up with me by now.

Do not send a stay dog to this woman!

Everything went as smooth as silk

After weeks for the first appointment and the months for the second follow up, DR. Eberle did nothing in helping my condition, or even doing a complete medical history, and testing. I feel my time would of been better spent getting evaluated by a Rhino at the Houston zoo. She does not listen, interrupts, and seems uninterested unless you have an illness that she specializes in. Clearly her bed side manner or personality gets in the way of helping her patients.

Dr. Eberle is the laziest doctor that I have ever had the great misfortune of meeting. Her main objective is to get consultations over as soon as possible. She constantly interrupts patients and never listens to what they have to say. Dr Eberle is only interested in treating Senile Dementia and Alzheimers patients. Basically, just those patients that never ask any questions, cannot think for themselves, and only do as they are told. Dr. Eberle has a sign on her window that says If you have any complaints, please contact the Texas Medical Board at the following number. I think it's obvious that this woman has lots and lots of complaints and could careless what patients think about her. I would not recommend Dr. Eberle to anyone. Not for any procedure, not of any kind, and without any exceptions of any kind.

ARROGANT, LAZY, INCOMPETENT, & DANGEROUS

Initially I was not too sure of her but I am more than satisfied with my treatment. I was ready to give up and she convened me otherwise. She was happy to give me samples and keep trying alternate methods until we found the right one. When i was ready to give up, SHE WAS NOT. That says a lot, and I am thankful for that. I recommend her indeed.
