Dr. Herbert is personable, prompt and answered all of my questions clearly and honestly. If youre looking for an OB who cares about patient first practice, she is it!!

Dr Gerbert was very thorough and seemed very concerned about my health issues. She addressed every single issue I’ve been dealing with and even reviewed my entire health history from years ago. My only complaint is that it took over an hour to be seen by her, which caused me to miss a very important meeting at work. Hope this is a rare occurrence and not a common thing.

I had a great experience even with it being a scary situation for me. Dr Gerbert listened to all my concerns. She was very kind, gentle, helpful and informative!

I do not feel that she answered my questions or provided any helpful insight during this visit. She actually forgot to ask me questions about my health, and acknowledged as much when I brought these facts up myself. These are things which would be relevant to the reason I was being seen. I had to repeat why I was there for the visit twice. She ordered additional tests which is fine, and barely explained what they would be looking for. She indicated it was “confusing”, so I honestly didn’t ask further as I didn’t feel I would get any clarification. She is not my normal provider, but I wanted to be seen sooner than later and she was assigned. I will be following up with my normal provider once the testing is complete to hopefully receive more appropriate information.

She’s superb & I always enjoy getting to see her! She is kind, informative and just a good soul. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gerbert is so friendly and easy to talk to. She puts you at ease immediately. She’s informative. honest and she cares about you.

My appointments with Dr. Gerbert are always a pleasure. She is always concerned about my well being and is very thorough regarding my medical records. She puts you at great ease and you can discuss any matter with her and receive good advice.

The nurse and front desk of May-Grant made me feel very comfortable as I’ve been experiencing some odd issues regarding my reproductive system. I have a long history of family issues with our reproductive systems and this was my first visit so I was excited to get some clarification, however, I felt very dismissed. I have been into the ER twice regarding this issue and been told plenty of different diagnosis’ regarding my pain yet no one seems to offer any solutions. I was on birth control for 5 years and had horrible weight gain-which was denied by the provider as a possibility????- and worsening mental health so I went in hoping there were other options for me, however, the only option presented to me was more birth control. After explaining my concern with going back on birth control, I felt very judged and extremely dismissed. There was no physical exam done and no testing so i’m not sure how as a doctor you can tell someone what they’re going through. I want to reiterate that NO… other options were given after asking multiple times. The only response I got was “You have pain with your period therefore the only thing to help is something to stop your period (meaning birth control). I was extremely upset with the bedside manner and overall demeanor. It’s sad to have to fight so hard to find a provider that will believe you and Dr. Gerber definitely is not that. Going to have to keep fighting for myself elsewhere.
