Dr. Kathleen Mary Healey, MD

I recently met with Dr. Lois Montague of ENT and can't say enough good things about my visit with her and her overall professionalism. The staff was very pleasant and highly professional. I arrived early as asked and then completed the necessary paperwork, a few minutes later I was in with the Doctor. My diagnosis was given to me in a matter of fact and direct way which I greatly appreciated. My diagnosis was not an easy one to deliver under any circumstance but Dr. Montague did so in a graceful and compassionate way that also filled me with hope. I was given next steps and how to approach the diagnosis until it can be fully treated. I read some of the previous reviews and do not agree at all with the negative reviews. I found my visit to be a very positive one and highly recommend the doctors and the staff of this practice.

Waited 5 weeks to get in then waited 1 1/2 hours from my apt time to see her to have her say hearings fine, nothing I can do about issues I was having. What a waste.

Solved the problem that previous specialist was unable to solve. Condition has not returned. Would have no hesitation to take a child or a parent to see her.

called to make an appointment and was put on hold for half an hour, then tells you theye'd call back which they never did just to get rid of you, I did'nt realize this at first until I got to their office, I sat there waiting to be called and just overheard the staffs talking about how they were annoyed on patients calls and talking about easier ways on how to get rid of them, such a shame., id rate doctor healey 5 stars but her staff really sucks everything away...

She was horrible. Her equipment was an old fashioned mirror for my throat pain. Her treatment plan'Cough differently'. Turns out I had a vocal chord problem later dected by a MD in a diff. city and needed 2 meds and speech therapy for 8 sessions. Do not go to her!

referred to her so i went. have been experiencing constant ear popping, ear pressure, both ears click and crack feel fluid in both ears likes it draining but nothing drains. dizzy with head pressure 24/7. sent me home flonase im at a loss so disapointed with outcome

In order to see this "god-like creature" one has to be referred. According to her staff, it has to be a written referral, faxed or dropped off at her office prior to receiving an appointment. I have a PPO Insurance, and can pick which doctor. She has obviously forgotten her OATH which says she would help ALL people that need help. Perfect example of a very bad doctor. :(
