She is very sweet! I felt very comfortable with her. I would recommend her for sure! She was straight to the point with my exam.

The Dr was wonderful super nice and easy to talk too. Had ingrowns removed from both big toes and it was fast and easy. Would recommend.

Dr. Heffron and the Womens Health Group are amazing! I have been involved with this medical clinic for around 50 years and they have always been phenomenal. They were recommended by my mother, and now my daughter is a patient as well. I appreciate their work ethic, their compassion, and their tenacity to never give up on a patient until they discover the source of an issue and create a comprehensive plan of health! They are wonderful at delivering babies, but they do so much more.

Dr Heffron is one of my favorite doctors. She’s kind and truly takes time to listen as well as ease any of my concerns.

When I say she’s my favorite doctor, I mean it. Out of all of them. She takes the time to listen, she’s so down to earth and doesn’t make me feel bad or weird for things I have going on. Kathleen has helped me through a lot of things I was going through and made me so comfortable. The back and forth banter is amazing.

I thought Dr Heffron was very professional. She was direct about my situation w/o talking down to me and communicated caring towards me, i.e. she wanted to know if I experienced any pain during the procedure. She gave me comforting words as well as laying our possible scenarios I might encounter moving forward with the sonogram indicating if there are any more polyps and seeing a urologist as well.

Dr. Heffron's office is well run, with kind and efficient staff. She is thorough and works quickly. I happily drive an hour for this doctor and clinic.

I saw Dr Heffron for a second opinion before electing a plan of treatment. She was engaged and professional during my appointment. The referral process and appointment availability was exceptional. I was seen as a new patient within 2weeks of calling to request the appointment. I will absolutely be back to the practice and can only hope all the providers are as genuine and factual while demonstrating concern as Dr Heffron was with me. Very much appreciated.

I’ve never had such a dismissive and demeaning experience with a medical professional. I came to Dr. Heffron with chronic pelvic pain and a complex history that includes hormonal sensitivity, suspected cyst rupture, and vascular concerns. Rather than listening, she interrupted, argued, and invalidated nearly everything I shared. That was within five minutes, and I’m already defending myself? While telling her symptoms, she continued questioning why I was there at all. So, I finally agreed—I didn’t need to be there because she’s obviously not interested in helping. I left within 10 minutes of the consultation, saying “this is not going to work.” I have never left a doctor’s exam room mid-consultation. Ever. Her tone was smug, her approach combative, and her care completely lacking in empathy or curiosity. I left the appointment in tears, before a physical exam even occurred. If you are someone managing complex or overlapping health concerns, this is not the provider for you.
