Walks into the office -after patients have been waiting- looking like it is time for the gym. Doesn't seem prepared or focused or caring. Nothing like her father or his brother who have worked here prior.

STAY AWAY! Dr.Stephen is great, but semi-retired of retired. Dr. Kathy has been horrible for this practice. I have been a patient going back about 15 years. The turnover is office staff has resulted in ignorant, rude people who are not even competent enough to contact patients to reschedule their appointment when Dr. Kathy has a conflict. I had a bridge made in office approximately 3 years ago. After a year and a half, I questioned it due to discomfort. Dr.Kathy claimed it was out of any warranty period and ground down some high points. I recently found out from another dentist that my bridge($3500),was in fact cracked and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment with Dr. Kathy to confirm this diagnosis and get replacement costs. I showed up for my appointment today and was informed. rather rudely that they tried calling to reschedule my appointment but were using a phone number I had 10 years ago! At that point I let them know the previous office staff had NO PROBLEM calling me to… get paid!!! Hoye dental just lost 4 more patients! such a shame, I actually paid more to see them as they were out of my insurance network! I wish Dr. Stephen ALL THE BEST! As for the rest of their staff...thanks. but no thanks.

I really liked how organized the office was. I went in there and it was a quick wait to be seen. The woman who cleaned my teeth was very good, my teeth felt so clean when I left. Dr. Kathleen was nice when she came in. She told me all my options about how to fix my teeth. I went up front and they gave me prices with my insurance. I made the choice that fit my wallet. I really like this place.

Dr. Kathleen was fantastic. I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years, so I needed a few things done. She explained all my options and I felt well informed before I made my choice of how to proceed with my mouth. The office staff was very friendly and helped me a lot with figuring out my price. The front desk figured out my cost, with my insurance, right then and there! It was a great experience and I tell my family and friends about the office whenever I hear them talking about dentists.

My experience with Dr. Kathleen Hoye was less than satisfactory. On one occasion I waited for 45 minutes to be told going to be seen. The time they had me rescheduled for they did not put into the computer.They were not apologetic when I pulled out the card with the proper date and time, instead offering to see me several hours later. I am very disappointed in the level of care and rudeness of desk staff. I would not recommend a visit.
