Dr. Kathleen Lawrence Jeannot, MD

I feel very comfortable talking about my needs with dr Jeannot . She has a lot of patience listening to my needs and gave me many good advises to improve my health. I strongly recommend her.

Nice doctor and staff. We did have a very long wait, over 3 hrs. With an appointment, the doctor was apologetic. We will stay with her for now, close to my house.

I went in with chest pain and heart palpitations she never even listened to my heart or chest. All she did was type away on her computer complain about Obama care and how it's not their fault they never answer or return phone calls. Took me a month to get a referral for a cardiologist and the only reason they got it completed was because I complained to my insurance Co and to another dr and had them fax over information stating I needed to see a cardiologist immediately! They talk extremely rudely about patients that come in after they leave in front where the whole waiting room can hear. This dr patient profiles in a terrible way, she is unaccessible, and in my opinion should not have her license to treat anyone and surely should not have her own office! !! Beware of her and her lousy staff change drs immediately if you can! If I could give her negative stars I would but this requires you to put at least 1 which she does not deserve.

This is by far the worst doctor office I have ever been to. They are always running hours late and none of the staff care. They book appointments and do not honor them. They never return phone calls. My advice if you can find a different doctor immediately.

Took 30 days to get appt. Kept waiting 1.5 hrs in waiting room, another 45 mins in exam room while she was on a personal call in the other room. (walls are thin) My yearly physical consisted of blood pressure (taken by staff) and the Dr listened to my chest. Spent 20 mins typing into my file. She was very very negative when discussing quitting smoking and told me I will fail. Reluctantly gave me a script and then refused to renew it without a second appt. She waited till the last minute to refuse the renewal and wouldn't speak to me on the phone. Its very obvious based on her haitian practice that I felt a lot of racism. She could care less about the patients. Absolute horrible experience. She refuses to work in the 21st century as far as email and communication is concerned.

I dont even know who is who in there the medical assistance take the place of doctor the staff do thing maybe without dc kathleen knows and takes for ever to the give u a letter to see an specialist i called called and they keep saying we call u when they ready 1 month and half waiting its ridiculously as thw have a policy says takes 7-15 days dc is great but her staff is terrible for some reasin her medical assistance is blocking a letter that i was suppoust to have from dc kathleen sice last year doctor said she ll give me a clearence letter to i can go and see another specialist and then the medicla assistance said to me the doctor can not give u the letter i told her kathleen siad she ll and then the medical assistance just star giving reason as she was playing the roll of been the doctor then i talk to the doctor again she said i was supposed to have it 3 weeks ago so my question here is how is the doctor there? Im just so upset

This doctor has proven to me she knows what she is speaking about. My blood pressure and cholestorol monitoring has been immaculate and I am in better shape than the last 2 doctors care I was in. She keeps me on track.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I felt discriminated against, and was not listened to. I changed my insurance just to get away from this doctor. She is uneducated, unprofessional, and her staff could care less about their patients.

the doctor is very professionalbut her staff is very unprofessional I don't know what school did she get those trainees from but is very unprofessional on how they treat a patient keep you on hold for hours leave message or answer machine never get a call backthen when someone do answer they are very rude like you messed up there dayI have never been so disrespected in my life from young individuals me being a student at Nova University inside of the medical field that's no way to treat patients
