DOCTOR HAS NOT BEEN THERE FOR THE LAST 3YRS. AND JODIE IS NO GOOD AT ALL.. AND THE PERSON AT FRONT DESK HAS NO MEDICAL DEGREE AT ALL BUT EACH TIME I CALL TO SPEAK WITH ONE.. SHE IS THE ONE TELLING ME WHAT TO DO. IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME ASK FOR DOCTOR DR. KATHLEEN FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT

Dr Rathbun is an excellent dr.She really cares about her patients and she makes you feel at ease. Thestaff is very cordial and helpful.

Dr. Rathbun has a great system with nurse practitioners who can see you in with in a very short period of time when you ask for an appointment. There office works like a well oiled machine. They provide for most all needs when ever possible.

My complaints are not with the dr as I have never seen her & I never will cause I already changed Dr. Her staff is awful, never once returned a phone call to me. Had a blood test, 2 weeks later,no results yet. Called Tues.said they will call quest & call me back, no call. Wed. Was told Dr. was out sick & she had yet to review my results. Was promised a call first thing in the morn. By 3pm on Thurs no calll so i called. Was told would call me right back, no call by 4 called again. Nurse said she would review it & get right back to me. No call again. I called back fri. Morn & was told the dr. Wanted me to come in. I said great when & they tell me Apr 18th. That was almost a month away. What if it was something serious. I immediately changed Dr. & got a new appt. on Apr. 4th only a little more then a wk away. The staff does not seem to care about the patient at all. Still don't have the results of my blood test from 3 weeks ago today

The best doctor I've been to. She spent time with me, caught an allergy I didn't know I had, is a great diagnostician. Always booked full. Sometimes there is a wait - but well worth it.

She is no longer at this address. She is on Lake Worth Rd accross from Bud's and the office is much better than the old one. She has an excellent staff and of course is an excellent Dr.........

the doctor and staff are wonderful I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kathleen for over 7 years. She and her staff take very good care of us. They are always courteous and very easy to work with. All medical concerns are handled expeditiously and with the appropriate level of concern.

Staff is horrible,Dr's not much better

After a visit with Carianne I will be switching PCP's since dr Kathy is never there.
