Dr. Kathlene Sue Waller, MD

My daughter is a freshman at CSU and has seen Dr. Waller twice. Unfortunately, my daughter has been sick for a month with a sinus infection that has still not cleared up. Instead of trying to find a solution to this issue Dr. Waller instead chose to tell my daughter that they should talk about her weight because she could have an eating disorder. Very inappropriate and poor choice of how to speak to a patient that has not been feeling well for a month. My daughter has a petite frame and is very athletic. She eats a lot and frankly I found this comment quite inappropriate and judgmental on the doctors part. She does not have a good bedside manner and does not know how to deal with young adults although she is an adolescent doctor. In addition, she told my daughter that if she isn't better in 48 hours to fill the prescription and that she might have to get herself checked out medically. Gee, I thought she was at a doctor's office for that reason, but apparently not being able to cure a… sinus infection is a stretch for this doctor. Not pleased at all. Just disgraceful..lacks empathy. I will be looking for a real doctor in Fort Collins not associated with this practice. It saddens me that she works with students.
