Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for 5 years before they rebranded. Booked appt and they sent me online forms. I filled them out fully, but the HIPPA form kept deleting itself every time I would fill it out. Family member is a software engineer and we concluded it was an obvious bug. Submitted everything else and texted the number back to let them know about this issue (to the text number they gave to communicate with the office). Morning of appt, I received text at 6am as a reminder of 8 am appt. Great, thought all was good. I drove 40 min to office. Called at 8:00am to let them know that I was in the traffic jam about 4 min away. Spoke with the front desk and then her superior in what would be the absolute rudest conversation I have ever had with an office staff employee. They said the forms were not completed and they would not be seeing me. They would not take responsibility for the bugged form software and refused to honor the appointment.… First alluded to it being bc I was 5 min late, then decided I hadn’t filled out my paperwork. I told them I have filled out the paperwork fully; you have a bug in your system which I texted about yesterday. I said this is a courtesy call to let you know I’m up the street in the traffic that everyone is presumably in. They refused to take responsibility for their broken form and said they would not see me and to not come to the office. Finally, after an argument, they decided they could see me at 10am and I declined. I woke up at 6:30 am for this appt and drove from the other side of the lake. I cannot believe this is how their office staff talks to people when they are 100% in the wrong. The certainly must have many customers if they allow the office staff to evade responsibility and yell into the phone at their customers when they know full well this was in NO WAY my fault. If you expect efficient and responsible customer service and honesty, look elsewhere. If they can’t even handle a form and basic courtesy, why on earth would anyone trust you with their health? Front desk staff is atrocious at customer service and should be replaced.
