Thanks for an easy visit! I hate going to the dentist but this last visit was pleasant and the fee was reasonable.

I was pleasantly suprised when I went in for my exam. My insurance changed and this was one of the only groups on the list. The waiting room was packed and I expected my visit to be hurried and impersonal but once the nurse took me back for xrays I realized I was wrong. The staff and the dentist took their time explaining everything to me and I even got my filling and my cleaning done the same day. I was greatful cause its so hard to get time off work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

First of all, it is almost impossible to find someone who takes my insurance. Second, the last place that did take it was terrible and I felt like I was in a factory. Dr. Katherine really took a thorough look at my mouth and was even able to fix one of my molers on the same day as my first visit. I still have to come back to get my teeth cleaned which is a different kind of cleaning then the regular kind because I have a problem with my gums. It is very hard to find a dentist you can trust in jacksonville and I am really happy that my friend referred me to her.
