I had a consultation for my daughter due to a ear infection and this person was unable to prescribe antibiotics for her treatment . She referred us to our primary doctor ...my question is what is the reason to seeing her if she can’t give solutions .....that’s a totally waste of time ??

Dr. Hall was amazingly understanding and caring. She let me know exactly what to expect. The surgery was great and her follow up was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Hall.

My husband took half day off drove my son through the stormy weather for her appointment, and we were minutes late, and were asked to reschedule the appointment. She didn't even bother to talk to us even after our request. Most uncaring and inconsiderate doctor.

Dr Hall is my ENT and also performed a surgery on me. I have had several surgeries performed by other doctors in the past and she was by far the bes DR ever. She kept me informed, was extremly polite, made sure I understood exactly what was being done, introduced me to anyone that was going to be in the room, even if I wouldn't have seen them (because I would have been knocked out) (aka Residents), is always very upbeat, positive, smiley and just generally a pleasure to go see. I wish I could make her my primary. She is such a great doctor! The Morsani Center was amazing as well. Clean, well organized and great staff. My pre-op nurse Michelle was wonderful as well as my pos-op nurse. In fact everyone who worked with me that day was just a pleasure. I have have never experienced that at a surgery before. It was wonderful.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hall today. I found her to be prompt, professional, courteous, and informative. Her exam was complete, she answered my questions, and discussed treatment options. In a day when most specialists view the patient as purely 'whatever problem brings them in', Dr. Hall had a very human touch, which was refreshing.
