I had an exceptional encounter at Dr. Hester's office. From my initial interaction with Bonnie, to Dr. Hester's attentive approach, the service and care were truly top-notch. I greatly appreciate Dr. Hester's attention to detail and her skill in explaining things in simple terms.

Dr Hester listens and discusses ever so it is to understand She has done wonders so far with my arthritis and I am totally confident in her future therapy plans And kudos to her friendly office staff too

I really appreciate that Dr Hester spends plenty of time during each visit explaining the plan and openly discussing any questions I might have. I love her honesty and how thorough she is with follow up information. I am a health care practitioner myself and see several different physicians. I feel certain that when seeing Dr Hester she has given me the best care I can find.

Very poor experience,almost 2 hours wait every time you go for appointment,staff very unhappy,talks loudly about how they are not getting enough hours and looking for other opportunities. When you express your frustration about delays and poor staff attitude,she literally shakes it off and laughs about it. I will not recommend her to anyone

Dr HESTER. Is like doctors long ago - who care by reaching to help her patients. Sometime I hesitate for a new treatment because of cost. Dr H. and her staff have helped me find others ways to the treatment. They offered help with seek programs to help pay.

I have visited Dr. Hester numerous times over the last several years. I respect her ability to care for my aches and pain in almost every joint top to bottom and her commitment to my overall well-being and successful treatment plans. She listens to what I have to say and gives me a no nonsense response which is what I need and want. I am extremely happy with her care and that of her entire staff.

when i first went to Dr H. - i was in bad shape. I notice she check not only what is related to my particle illness/ and her field. She check for any abnormalities. She also double checks test result past and present. She also explains what to expect in the new treatment plan or plans. Even though i am older- she tends to be firm but in a motherly love

I've been a patient of Dr Naus Hester for several years. Not even sure how many now. I have several doctor's on my team one of which is she. She's caring and has explained how my health problems overlap and things i can do for relief. She's very knowledgeable and cares about her patients.

Dr Hester is, indeed, direct. Some people can't deal with that, and that is their loss. She is an excellent Rheumatilogist and diagnostician. She cares about her patients, and easing their pain. She's compassionate, and had called me at home several times to discuss something. Her staff is knowledgable, and works hard to settle insurance problems. I've seen other doctors, and Dr Hester is "the one". Go for it!
