Dr. Kennedy saw me in the hospital several years ago and I had a couple of follow up visits with her. I was trying to look her up on the internet and found this website and wanted to tell her that I thank her for being extremely caring.

She is very straightforward, but not in a way that makes me feel like she was rushing me out or cold. I love that she doesn't talk to me like I'm stupid, even if I ask a lot of questions. Dr. Kennedy is easy to talk to, and seems genuinely interested in me as a person- not just a walking diagnosis. If I have a question or concern, I know I will get a straight answer, she will actually listen to me, and she will customize an effective treatment plan that works for my life.

Dr. Kennedy is by far the best psychiatrist in Shreveport. She spends time with her patients and their families. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Kennedy is not a typical doctor. She is always on the cutting edge of psychiatry and the wellbeing of the whole patient. She thinks outside the box and has a great bedside manner. She has truly helped me and I will always appreciate that.
