Dr. Kathryn M Kent, MD

I had an appointment at this practice for 11:30. I was early so I waited in the parking lot until 11:26. I walked in and they said my appointment was actually for 11:15. I had it written in two places that was the time and it could’ve easily been either parties mistake. They refused to see me because I was more than 10 minutes late (I was 11 a. Offing to them). They refused to see me and offered me another appointment that was over a month out. I was dealing with a significant skin issue from something g they had prescribed me. They even went on to say that it’s not fair to other patients who show up on time treating me like a child. I can assure you I have waited in their office longer than 11 minutes to see the doctor. It’s a terrible way to test patients.

She came highly recommended by another doctor. Dr. Kent was comforting, caring and thoughtful with the issues I presented to her. No other doctor has been this thorough with a regime that is actually working for me.

I've been seeing Dr. Kent for approximately 3 years, twice yearly. She is very professional yet easy to relate with. She listens well and provides information that is easy to understand. She is empathetic and kind and always takes care of whatever issue brought me into her office. I recommend her to everyone I know that needs excellent dermatological care.

I just got a treatment from Dr. Kent today, and I must say, she is the most caring, kind, positive, professional and intelligent doctor in the world-- at least, in my world! She is just perfect, I just wish I could clone her and make her my doctor for everything else! She is a pearl, because you just feel that she is on your side, and she has all this warmth and care to give you. I really like to talk a lot, and Dr. Kent put up with me and all my million questions, and not for a second did I feel that I was bothering her, nor did I for a second felt any condescension or dismissal like some with other doctors. For once, I felt that a doctor is a real doctor, the ideal that I always hoped for. Why cannot we have more people be good like that? I seriously think that everyone would be happy to wake up in the morning, just knowing that they will have great interactions with people like Dr. Kent :)
