As the Brandon hospital staff was outstanding and very caring, my on call doctor was not. I had a traumatizing experience during delivery. My baby was a schedule c section. It was my third c section and my first two were very smooth but my third i wouldn't wish it on my enemy. Leehouts was very impatient and somewhat rude she didn't seem like she wanted to be there and while i was opened on the table she was arguing with her assistant and nurses in the room. It took very long time as she was trying to take the baby out, so much pressure i can feel her hands shifting my insides, all while yelling at her staff. Too the point i was feeling worried about the baby thinking something was wrong. I was in tears and a very nice nurse came over and insured that everything was ok. The moment I heard my baby's cry i was relief. Thank goodness my husband was with me. Overall i wouldn't want leehouts as a doctor again. As I am very appreciative that she delivered my healthy baby i wouldn't plan on… her for any future babies.

I would not recommend Leenhouts to anyone.

She delivered me because she was the one on call. She seemed rude to me. She stood in front of me with her arms crossed (impatiently) while I was pushing my brains out. She did to cut me, she let me rip to my pee hole and all the way to my a**hole. Very stand offish. Rude to my family as well with snippy comments. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone, and if you have her if she's on call, I'm sorry. On the other hand the nurses at emh were amazing. Very caring.
