Hello, and welcome to my Web page. It's a pleasure to tell you a little about my practice and myself. BiographyI was born in Los Angeles. At the age of two, I announced to my family physician that I, too, would be a doctor. I never wavered from that decision and could not imagine having any other career. My hobbies include an interest in various art forms, interior design, garden design, and I am an avid reader.About my practiceI have had the pleasure of practicing emergency medicine from the beginning of my medical career. My philosophy is to treat each patient as I would treat a close friend or family member. Aside from direct patient care, I am also involved in a unique program that involves our physicians being available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for our members who need care in an emergency department that's not part of Kaiser Permanente. Through this plan, we speak directly with the physicians treating our members, assuring that our members receive the highest quality …care possible.How I thriveI look after myself by engaging in some type of exercise every day. I do weight training three times a week. I also work very hard at maintaining a balanced diet - which is not always easy, so I take vitamins. And just as important, I make it a point to have laughter in each day, and to take joy in the beauty of the world and the people that enter my life each day.
