Dr. Kathryn Farragher Sullivan, MD

Being billed for services not rendered. She is a participating provider with my insurance and they have never been billed. I have never met her. I have never seen her. Yet I am being billed for an emergency room visit and hospital stay of which she is saying she personally spent 295 minutes of her time. Again never met her? Odd? Hmm? Almost 5 hrs and I never even saw her? This smells like something else. No one in my family recognizes her either. Under investigation.

Dr. Sullivan and her staff have been professional, kind, responsive to my concerns, and her treatment plan for me has proven highly effective. When I read some of the appallingly nasty reviews here, it is hard for me to believe that the writers have dealt with the same doctor and office as I have!

Staff was short and couldn't fit me in for months even though I was in extreme pain

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. From waiting 2 MONTHS for my appointment, I was only 8 minutes late for my appointment and the Doctor refused to see me. I didn’t even know that was possible and I wish I could turn away people at my job for any reason! I’ve been to eight doctors in the last three months and if I could add up all the time I’ve sat in a waiting room I would have a whole day! I even called BEFORE my appointment because I was a little lost figuring out which building the urologist was in. I drive all the way from school at George Mason to arrive 8 minutes late to be turned away. I asked is she with another patient and they said no. I said then why can’t she see me and they didn’t say anything because there was absolutely no reason that she couldn’t see me since the waiting area was EMPTY.

My wife had surgery a month ago and she still has not seen her and she just canceled my appointment so she must of read my review

The very first time I met Dr. Sullivan was in the hospital. She explained what she saw on the ultrasound and came back on a Sunday to put a stent in. Her diagnosis was correct. She and the OR team took great care of me & the kidney was removed. My concerns & questions were answered. Dr. Sullivan is an Amazing surgeon!

Did not see me after first week even though I was bleeding and in pain you would have thought I didn’t pay her

She would not see me after my surgery with her even though I was excessively bleeding

I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan if you need a cystoscopy. I was in and out of her office in a few minutes. Procedure was not painful but unusual feeling as the camera went up into my bladder and back out my urethra. No pain or bleeding after the procedure. Dr. Sullivan is very compassionate and always keeps you informed of what she is doing, why she is doing it, and the results. She also has an excellent nurse, Jessica. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan for your medical needs.
