Dr. Kathryn Lankhaar Wehrmeyer

Dr. Kathryn Wehrmeyer is a family medicine physician who also specializes in hospice and palliative care. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and brings four years of clinical experience to her practice. Her dual expertise allows her to provide comprehensive primary care while also supporting patients and families through serious illness and end-of-life care.

Dr. Wehrmeyer practices at multiple locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Morton Plant Hospital and Saint Anthony's Health Care. She focuses on managing diabetes, including diabetes care for older adults, and addresses fall prevention concerns. Her clinical skills include performing blood work such as complete blood counts and chemistry panels, as well as providing dialysis care for patients with kidney disease.
