Would not reccomend seeing her. Rude.. no empathy... patronizing. Not sure how or why she would be in behavioral health or healthcare at all.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this physician...unfortunately the team she is with (Women’s Emotional Wellness Center) doesn’t reassign patients for some reason (even at the behest and benefit of the client) so you’re just stuck getting negligent care.

Title says it all. I went in looking for help and she kept typing away at her keyboard loudly. She didn’t seem like she was paying attention. She seems to lack any empathy what so ever. Cold and unwelcoming. I do not recommend her.

Very rude and abrasive. I felt like she wasn’t listening to me.

I had the displeasure of meeting Kathryn Zagrabbe. She was cold, dismissive, and at one point it was confirmed she wasn’t even paying attention to what I was even saying. She kept interrupting me, even though she asked me to open up and finally ended by basically telling me I’m a drug addict who can’t be trusted on the medicine I was seeking, even though I’ve been prescribed it in the past. She also made that grand assumption before my 90 minutes were up. If she doesn’t trust me with certain medicines, that’s her prerogative. My problem was with her delivery. It’s unprofessional to tell a patient you don’t trust them. She made me feel like I was some scumbag drug addict and I left her office crying. She should learn to be more kind to people who open up their deepest problems to her. It’s not about the diagnosis, but her lack of professionalism and overall empathy.
