Dr. Kathryn Carolyn Zeoli, MD

Dr. Zeoli and Dr. Rodriguez are wonderful. They make the patient feel at ease and comfortable with the procedure that is being done. They explain each step of the process. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful.

Today I arrived at 9:45 am for a 10:30 am appointment. I was advised to get be there 15 minutes before to fill in paperwork. At around 11:10 am I decided to ask when was I going to be seen. I was told I was next...I observed people after people arriving after me getting called...finally at 11:50 am I decided to leave after almost an hour and half past my appointment time and over two hours waiting. When I approached the front desk to have my credit card payment getting voided not one question was asked about why I was leaving (maybe an indication that this happens quite often). During my time waiting no one came to me to give me an update for the long waiting. This office has no respect for people's time. You guys should be embarrassed of how you are treating patients, unfortunately no matter how many medical degrees Dr. Zeoli may have, I guess she was not taught about training her staff on how important customer service is and treating people's time with respect.

I went for a 6 month skin check and she said it was nothing. Went back in 6 months it was mylenoma. I researched and found she had a malpractice claim that she settled with the patient. She was totally at fault and then referred me another Dr. She should retire and allow people to visit a younger Dr. that knows how to properly treat patients.

I've been with Dr. Zeoli for 15 years...she has a warm engaging personality and is a pleasure be with for m derm needs.

I have been coming here for about 8 years. Doctor Zeoli is very caring skilled doctor. Office staff is great. They take pictures of any concerned areas so they can keep track of it to see if any changes happen. She never ages. A good example of taking care of your skin.

Highly Competant and Skilled, responsive patients concerns, efficiently addressed the issue, Can Do motivation. One of a very select few Drs I would ever consider revisiting should the need arise.
