Four years ago we moved into the area and signed our children up with Ellinwood Pediatrics, and have stayed with Dr Benjamin though her last 2 moves thinking chaos was temporary. It is not - you have been warned. The complete dysfunction and unprofessionalism of Dr Benjamin and her staff makes the doctor's lovely personality a lost cause. She appears to be kind and caring, but everything else is a disaster. Billing is incorrect, forms don't get completed, getting a response takes months, waiting time before/after/during appts keeps you there 2 hours, data is out of date, staff doesn't understand how to use the computer or basic office equipment and staff is a rag-tag team of unqualified customer service flunkees. AVOID if you ever want to get any forms to any specialists, schools, prescriptions, insurance companies.

Best Pediatrician in the area hands down.

Love this doctor! She is amazing at her job. Couldn't get a better doctor!

Love Dr. Benjamin she is the most caring doctor I have ever meet. She cares about my boys like family. She always makes me feel good about our visits.

Both my children are patients of Dr. Kathy Irish-Benjamin. I feel like she cares about them and is just as thrilled about them reaching milestones as I am. I often have to nurse my infant after appointments and she let's me stay in the room for as long as I need. Her knowledge is amazing. She really wants me to understand processes such as jaundice when my baby had it. I like that I can text her with a question or concern.
