Easy 5. All aspects of the different points of today's visit would earn a 5. Appointment person handled me, a person in a very bad mood. She was so good that the moodiness was completely gone by the end of the call and I had the exact timely appointment. The staff was friendly and all steps of the visit were smooth. In fact, I do not have much recall on them because they were slick and professional. The doctor herself was very thorough, knew her trade and carried out all parts of the visit with professional care. All steps were handled properly and correct prescriptions recommended and done as I found out later in the day. It was a real 5. Thanks Dr. Burris, that kind of experience takes work and practice on your part. That professionalism was appreciated.
