Dr. Kathy Lynn Chrismer, MD

I am sad to say I received a letter today that Dr. Chrismer has retired!! She has been with my children for 20 years and kids in my family for 25 years. She is so caring and helpful. I don't know what to do now that she is gone! My daughter is not the easiest patient

She never seems to be in the office. Nurses are quick to get you off the phone when calling with an issue. Office staff has been rude at times. Example: after my daughter's two year appointment someone asked if she had gotten another lead test. Because she hadn't, I called the office to ask why and to have Dr. Chrismer call me back. The receptionist huffed and said "well I don't know who you were talking to but I'll have Dr. Chrismer call you when she gets a chance." Dr. Chrismer did call and APPOLOGIZED for forgetting to set up a test. Also several prescriptions were not called in and I had to call and remind them. Office is also really dingy- looks like it hasn't been updated since 1982.
