find a different doctor. I cant believe she's even allowed to practice. I came with a few things I specifically wanted tested for after talking with a family friend who is a doctor for on going issues I've had. She basically told me that since I've had issues for so long that I will just have to live with it, not to come back, and she wouldn't do anything else for me. Incompetent and lazy

My last appointment with Dr. Horava was just that- my last. I was told she didn’t have time to talk to me about all of the concerns I was having (that were all connected) and made me schedule a follow up 3 months out. During the appointment she suggested nightly benadryl for better sleep and weight watchers for my weight gain concern. I left ready to cry. I don’t cry often. I felt so unheard and insignificant. Please find a different doctor.

She should not be allowed to practice medicine. So unprofessional, rough, short with people. She is not my Dr, but since I had to see a Dr that day and mine was not available, I was scheduled with Kathy Horava. While waiting in the lobby, I saw her treating the front desk girl poorly. I went in and realized that she is the "Dr " she was going to see me. Told her that I have been sick for over a month now and that I was coughing, congested, my left year hurt, and on top of everything I felt the burning when urinating. She only took a sample of urine, but when she told me she will let me know if I had or not urinary infection and wanted to exit the room, I asked her to also consult me for all the other symptoms listed. She told me " I mean, ok, I guess I will look in your ears and mouth, but.....". Did she really think that she can only check/treat a patient only for one symptom? Are you kidding me? Please , don't ever go to this "DR"!

Former patient. Unstable practice history and personality. Misdiagnosis, poor follow-thru, and basically untrustworthy.
