Dr. Kathy Kaiyee Lo, MD

I don't understand the 5 star rating. This was not my experience. When asked for a detailed copy of my medical records, Dr. Lo said "we don't do that" Although the staff was great, I felt zero compassion, on her part, and would never recommend her.

Very Happy with Dr. Lo and the staff at Sparta Cancer Center. She was thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. Never made me feel rushed or not important. I am now post-radiation and have appointments every 6 months. I receive the same treatment and everyone remembers who I am. She always walks into the room with a smile.

Dr Lo is compassionate, empathetic and goes well above and beyond the call of duty. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had, and she deals with issues that have nothing to do with the treatments I am undergoing. In other words, she is a true doctor in the sense that she cares for the whole person. I have dealt with doctors who only care about their own discipline and basically refer me back to my PCP because they couldn't care less or don't have the time, but not Dr. Lo. She follows up, delivers what she promises she will deliver and truly cares. She is amazing!!!
