Dr. Nieder is very knowledgeable and never talks down to me. Never have to wait long. Excellent lab techs!

A friend recommended Dr Nieder and I'm glad he did! She listens & doesn't seem rushed. Her staff are all friendly and wait times are minimal. Another thing that impressed me is how quickly I get a response when I make contact by e-mail. No complaints whatsoever

Never had a better physician

During routine physical she didnt take my concerns seriously. Also the three times I needed a "sick" visit, the office was not able to accomodate me and sent me to urgent care. What's the point of having a primary care doctor if they cant fit you in when you need them?

I've been a patient of Dr. Neider for years. She isn't a bad doctor, but her office is terrible. She should not allow it to be run so poorly, so ultimately it is her responsibility. You should never expect to get an appointment if you are sick. They tell you to go to Urgent Care if you can't wait two weeks to be seen. Good luck if you attempt records in a timely manner.

I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Nieder at a conference. I can honestly say that was one of the best chance meetings I've ever had. Dr Nieder is compassionate and caring towards her patients. She is one of a few doctors in the Louisville region to reach out and embrace emerging technologies and implement them into her care. Here is the best part. She listens... Actually sites down and has a conversation, discusses what is going on and plans treatments with you not just for you. Very pleased with Dr Nieder and u will continue to visit her whenever I need to.

Awful doctor! Has been my family doctor for over 10 years. Personally I think she needs to retire! My last visit she didnt even seem to want to see me. I had to tell her what tests I wanted done. The office people are horrible and making apts. I also got absolutely no follow up when my tests came back!

Rolled her eyes at me with her head bent down when I told her I thought I had something going on-- I presume she thought I couldn't see that gesture. Turned out later, I was right about what I'd tentatively suggested. I was made to feel a nothing by her.

Excellent physician. Will not tell you what you want to hear, but tells you what you need to know. Does not claim to know it all and will refer to specialist (the best available) without a second thought. I trust her with my life, and have for 19 years.
