Dr. Kathy Jo Thomas, MD

Dr. Kathy Thomas told me more in the 1 week I was in the hospital then most doctors I have seen in 10 years. Many other doctors dismissed me but she took the time to call in specialist and listen to all my concerns. She found out I have Addison's Disease along with hypothyroidism and a heart arythmia. She took all the time in the world with me and had the best bed side manner I've ever seen. I can't think her enough.

Dr. Thomas is an excellent advocate for her patients. Our daughter was in the hospital for an extended stay and she provided excellent care therefore time. She helped us to deal with many difficult times and was always there with comforting words. She helped to keep us going during this trying time. Her medical knowledge was excellent and her bedside manner was exceptional. We can't say enough good things about her.

My family has been waiting 11weeks for the Dr. to sign a death certificate & it still hasn't been done. It doesn't seem like it's that hard of a job. In my opinion, it is like they don't care as long as they get paid.

Dr. Thomas is the most caring and compassionate Dr. I have ever met. My dad was almost bed ridden but through Dr. Thomas's dedication and persistence she diagnosed and found the correct procedure which in turn gave my dad back quality of life. The medical staff worked as a great team to get my dad back on his feet. My family is indebted to her and the entire staff at Norton Suburban Hospital.

Dr Thomas was my doctor at the hospital. I was admitted with a 670 blood sugar & she was quickly by my side explaining what my body was going through. I came in confused but was quickly educatd by this wonderful woman. She visited me off/on during my week stay at the hospital. I was fine up until this year where my diabetes has once again hit me hard. The difference is that I am now in Florida with no insurance & no Dr Thomas. She is a fantastic & caring doctor that I have not forgotten about over the past 4 years.
