Good experience

Katie Mann is the best provider I've had in years. I've been recommending her to everyone I can.

This was my first time seeing this provider. She was attentive to my questions and ordered necessary refills; however for an annual physical examination she DID NOT examine me - not listen to my heart, lungs, look in my ears. I sat in the chair the entire time. She did not touch me which is unacceptable for an annual physical examination. She took my medical history, ordered refills and told me to go to the other room for bloodwork. I was then told to check out. I've been to this location before and never experienced this type of negligence of medical responsibility.

My regular doctor is Monique Brock, PA. I'm not sure why I was referred to Katie Mann—something about my doctor being booked, I believe. I don’t like being switched between PAs, as Ms. Brock knows my file and medical history very well. Since February 18, I've still been waiting on a referral to a cardiologist. If this had been Ms. Brock, she would have handled it by now. This is of great importance, and Ms. Mann is dragging her feet.
