Considering other people's needs in giving my rating I did'nt think more than a one star rating was appropriate.Without getting very personal I have a number of things to mention about the application of the way business is conducted here.The files were never transferred from my former phycologist,even at my request,saying,"let me be the judge of that".Even though you're able to speak your mind for the most part,I feel like their is a cold indifference in the understanding of some things.It's like I am talking but it feels like I've got a glass dome over me when I'm talking,as if I'm vacantly being muted as she is sighing,looking at her smart watch.Already the shrillness exudes.You're either in or out. She expects you to be completely open to her,but,you can't get really close enough to her to try and relate You barely can break the ice of commonality.This is a shrewd, cold business woman.and would go even so far to say an upper class snob .
