Dr. Platt has been the best and most compassionate physician. I will truly miss seeing her. I would follow her to Palm Springs, but it is just too far.

I saw Dr. Platt and Dr. Velasco in Palm Springs. I walked in to see if they were taking new patients, they were and put me in within 10 minutes. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Khadisha and Annica made sure I knew it was a residency clinic anf what to expect. Dr. Platt and Dr. Velasco really care and let you know the plan of attack.

You can’t reach a live person. If you do it’s like winning the lottery...... slim chance. They won’t return calls. If you get a referral to a specialist; they don’t forward your ultrasound and lab work results. I’m only there because of Randi. But I’m looking for another Doctor’s office.

I have been seeing Dr Platt and her residents in Palm Springs for 2 years now. Always a lovely experience. Magnesia is helpful and friendly. Dr Platt and Dr Blackford are wonderful and accommodating.

Beware of FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS .MULTIPLE 5 STARS ON SAME DAY SAME WEEK ECT... Dr.office/ clinic getting patient 5 star reviews every day and multiple in same days? Dr.Katrina Platt in Redlands + her cosmetic procedure clinic (next door to her med.office), Colton & Palm Springs have these obvious Shady Reviews! Notice employees from 1 office giving 5 star reviews for another location! . They dont care about obtaining your med. records then blame the doc .office on the other (p.p.hood)side being incompetent. 2 weeks for referrals to be called in and rude when you call to ask if they were sent? They WILL NOT CALL YOU TO GIVE A UPDATE /RESULTS WHEN YOU FINALLY GET ULTRASOUND DONE or Lab / blood work done. I have been in pain for over 3 months and they have caused me nothing but stress , anxiety & additional Cost ! I eventually had to drive to redlands community. Hosp &. The imaging clinic & Planned p.Hood clinic & quest lab clinic to get my records/ RESULTS… /findings and try to desifer the transcriptions. They said of labs or x rays comes back without negatives? They dont call the patient? WHAT? BUT MY LEG STILL HURTS? ARE YOU KIDDING? I will be making a Formal Complaint today! And will follow this to keep the public informed!
