No stars. I had an appointment for 2:45 today, October 2nd 2023. We walked into the office at 2:15. The receptionist told us that we couldn't be seen today because we didn't have a prior hearing test. When I made the appointment, I was not told that a hearing test had to be performed first. When we saw Dr. Moscatello (same practice) for my daughter previously, no prior hearing test was required. When we asked when the next appointment was, she stated at the end of January 2024. Very poorly run office. Extremely unprofessional staff.

Long wait Always reschedule appointments

Dr. Stidham is remarkably bright and highly competent. She is an expert in inner ear issues and her suggestions were on target. Highly recommend her!!!
