Dr. Katulle Koco Eaton, MD

Dr. Eaton has repaired rotator cuff tears in both shoulders and a right knee repair of a torn meniscus. I have full range of motion in both shoulders with no pain and full strength. I am pleased with the ease and professionalism of Dr. Eatons office staff and surgical staff! I have just had the arthroscopic surgery today and have the utmost confidence that I will be teaching yoga again within 4 weeks with no limitations! I am so grateful to have such a kind and talented surgeon to take care of my orthopedic care as I age!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Eaton for years, they are all very professional, nice and welcoming. Dr. Eaton has always helped me with everything.

Shortened version Waited 45 min past my appt time. Front desk didn't tell me they were "working me in", or they were "hours behind all day". Wasn't informed of the delay upon arrival or notified in advance prior to my arrival. Receptionist made no apologies. I had to leave without being seen for this urgent appt. After I left, I called back asking for the office manager. The receptionist treated me like I was bothering her, was CONFRONTATIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and ARROGANT. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else. She refused. I ended up having to call back numerous times, to which she answered the phone saying, "It's me!" "Still me!" "Nope. Sorry. You got me again!" I was not asking for pain medication. I have that. I only needed to be seen for the excruciating pain I'm experiencing that has moved up to my hip. I can't stand longer than 10 minutes due to my knee and now I can't sit longer than 10 minutes due to my hip. With my history of cancer, I hope this… isn't metastasis to my hip/pelvis.

ACL surgery Great Doctor who is skilled and knowledgeable, great staff, & outpatient center. Gave excellent detail on the surgery. Appreciate their care and communication. Patients of all ages at the Bay Center. Highly recommend Dr Eaton & Bay Center

I have had injections in my knee and never wait over 10 minutes.

three 90 minute wait times for a simple knee appointment. absolute moron of a doctor. no regard for patient's time.

Almost a 2 hour wait, He supposedly repaired my knee last year after numerous post op visits with no improvement from how it was pre op I finally went to another surgeon this year and it is now fixed. I found out after the fact that another person we know had the same out come, Eaton wanted to do a knee replacement on him but he went elsewhere and had it fixed correctly also. The practice seem to be a money pit for patients.

Had acl surgery and am very disappointed w/results. Knee joint has excess movement unlike my other knee I had repaired previously. Would not recommend for alcohol surgery. The stars don't account for final result after surgery unfortunately.

Rude staff, inconsiderate surgeon, terrible results. I did quite a bit of research selecting this doctor, and heard great things. Unfortunately, after a terrible experience, I have heard of several other patients with negative experiences with this surgeon as well.

I thought he was going to be the best with a 3 hour wait to see him. Great personality unfortunately my ACL was put in a non-recommended area, patella tendon not accurately repaired and the LCL/FCL was snapped and went undiagonosed. The surgeron who cleaned up the mess said Dr. Eaton's technique is 10 years old and not recommended. I called the office to talk to Dr. Eaton about it and was yelled at by his assistant hence I post my review.
